Hearn didn't rule out other outsiders joining the team before Joshua's return in this year.
He said to iFL TV, "I'm sure there won't be any other faces at the camp. Angel is working well with him in Loughborough.
"Angel has been a major part of the team for quite a number fights. It's really about AJ feeling comfortable and happy.
Joshua, 32 years old, brought Fernandez in first before beating Andy Ruiz Jr (32), in their December 2019 rematch.
He is often seen with pads on the shoulders of Rob McCracken, the heavyweight champion.
AJ won gold under Team GB mastermind McCracken, and was a two-time unified champion within the professional ranks.

After months of speculation, Fernandez confirmed that he would be leading the charge.
