Eddie Hearn, the Matchroom boxing chief, is close to retirement. He could stop promoting in a few decades, according to his father Barry.
Hearn is one of boxing’s most well-known names, having represented some of the biggest stars in the sport.
He has been a promoter for Canelo Alvarez and Anthony Joshua, as well as current WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Uzyk.
Hearn's boxing success has led to lucrative broadcast deals with Sky Sports, DAZN and Sky Sports.
The 45-year old is believed to have seen his net worth increase in the range of PS45million.
His dad believes that Hearn could stop promoting in the coming years, despite his being young.
