Chisora was wrongly convicted by the ringside judges. Hearn believes that a second verdict will not be necessary for Chisora.
Betfred was told by the Matchroom Boxing chief: "He's definitely calmed up a bit and cooled down."
"There was a time when his violent tendencies were evident and you worried about him picking up something and throwing it.
He was much scarier back then than he is now. He used to be very temperamental, but he has matured.
"He loves boxing.
"This guy is not only in the gym but also around young fighters and he also spent some time at Anthony Joshua's camp before the Oleksandr Usyk fight. He loves it.
People often ask what is at stake for these fighters. Chisora is a fighter who loves to fight, so don't be concerned about it.
"I believe that even if he lost seven spins, he would still want to go again."
"Joseph Parker wants to regain the Heavyweight title, and he's well-placed to do so. But for Chisora, it's about fighting and winning.
"I believe the crowd will make this time a huge difference, even though Joseph Parker appears really strong and fit.
"I believe Parker's camp thinks they'll take Chisora this time within the distance. But I think it will be an exciting fight and it won't go the distance this year."
Hearn believes that Chisora (37), could propel himself into the world title contention with a massive stoppage of Parker who is still not finished.
He said: "Well, you think, will Chisora be able to get a shot at the World title?" He's a huge name commercially and you know he will always be in big fights.
"People claim that he has 11 losses, but just look at who he's also lost. He beat Robert Helenius.
"Stood down twice to Tyson Fury. In two close fights, he lost to Dillian Whyte twice and was defeated by Vitali Klitschko once.
"The most disappointing loss was Agit Kabayel's defeat in Monaco. He couldn't get up in such a small setting. He will be helped by the crowd on December 18th."
Chisora relishes the chance to exact revenge against the Kiwis, saying: "I know the truth come 18 December; We are going to war."
"Joseph Parker does not scare me. He hasn't got any that I'm afraid of."
