Unification Battle
With Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk set to unify all four heavyweight belts on February 17 in Saudi Arabia, Eddie Hearn is pushing for a Battle of Britain between Fury and Anthony Joshua. Hearn believes Joshua has what it takes to defeat Fury and is eager for the fight to happen.
Backing Joshua
Hearn expressed his confidence in Joshua's abilities, stating, "I just want to fight Tyson Fury. I just think in that performance, in that mood, I think he beats him all day long." He hopes that Fury will emerge victorious against Usyk so that the much-anticipated bout between Fury and Joshua can take place.
Ngannou as a Replacement
Due to Deontay Wilder's shock defeat to Joseph Parker, Hearn had to find a replacement for Joshua's next fight. He settled on former UFC champion Francis Ngannou, who dropped Fury in October. Despite the knockdown, Fury managed to secure a controversial decision and keep his unification plans intact.
Rematch Clause
The Fury-Usyk deal is rumored to include a rematch clause, which means the winner could potentially lose the IBF belt to Filip Hrgovic. Hearn initially wanted Joshua to fight Hrgovic for the vacant belt after the Fury-Usyk rematch, but until then, Joshua will face Ngannou.

It seems that boxing fans may soon witness a Battle of Britain between Joshua and Fury, with Hearn firmly believing in Joshua's ability to come out on top.
