'Big Baby' was to be faced by Anthony Joshua in 2019, before his shameful drug test.

New Yorker Miller was eventually unable to fight because he had been tested positive for drugs before the bout.

Andy Ruiz stepped in to make a major upset against the British boxing champion, but AJ would win the rematch to reclaim their heavyweight titles.

Miller knocked out Derek Cardenas in the fourth round during his second fight after a three and a half year ban.

As he won in Nashville, the former heavyweight champion was not even tested by the smaller man.

Cardenas was sent to the floor three times, before he scored a fourth round knockout.

Hearn was on The DAZN Boxing Show this Week and talked about the postponed fight, after hearing that Miller had won again.

He was not in the mood to give the American another chance, as he exposed the shameful star's debt.

Hearn stated: Number one, I owe him money. Jarrell Miller is someone I really like and I spent a lot time with. But, I feel cheated.

"There were clouds above Jarrell Miller, but it was clear that I wanted to judge Jarrell Miller based on their actions.

"Sometimes it's nice to give a fighter the benefit of doubt. But this was stone-cold cheating in order to beat another man.

"If you are talking about winning, why would anyone want to use these drugs? It was not one drug test; it was many. It was injections.

"I believe Jarrell Miller would not be able to fight without performance-enhancing drugs."
