UFC Chief's Body Transformation
Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn recently underwent a grueling 72-hour fast, following in the footsteps of UFC president Dana White. Hearn, who recently appeared on the cover of Men's Health, documented his progress on Instagram before breaking his fast with a healthy feast.
Following in Dana White's Footsteps
Last year, Dana White went an impressive 86 hours without food, surviving solely on water. He described the experience as making him feel like a "superhero." Now, Hearn has taken on the same challenge, proving his dedication to his health and fitness goals.
Healthy Diet Plan Unveiled
After completing the fast, Hearn shared his healthy diet plan. His meals included a detox drink, green vegetables like spinach and broccoli, sweet potato, avocado, coconut protein balls, a protein shake, peri chicken, a chicken curry, and a coconut banana cookie. This balanced approach to eating showcases Hearn's commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Physical and Mental Transformation
Alongside his dietary changes, Hearn has also embarked on a rigorous ten-week workout program to improve his fitness. The 44-year-old now feels better than ever and has experienced a significant shift in his mindset. He now wakes up feeling confident and excited about his progress and future goals.

Looking Ahead
Hearn's dedication to his health and fitness is unwavering. He expressed his excitement about the future, stating that he feels better physically than ever before and is eager to see what he can achieve in the coming months and years.
