Fury, 33 years old, is not currently a BBoBC licensed fighter. He has competed in five fights Stateside for the past four years.
He will now face Whyte (33), for his UK homecoming under a foreign fighter's license.
TalkSPORT was informed by him: "I saw an article where Frank Warren stated that there would not be British judges for this fight, and I repeat that."
