Elle Brooke Reveals Her Boxing Story and How It Saved her from a Lifestyle of Drugs, Alcoholism and Depression

The OnlyFans Star Turned Boxer

Elle Brooke, the popular OnlyFans star, has opened up about her past struggles with drug abuse and depression. But thanks to her newfound passion for boxing, she has turned her life around and is now living a sober and focused life.

From Party Girl to Boxer

In July 2022, Brooke made her debut in the boxing ring against Love Islander AJ Bunker, and since then, she has amassed a record of 3-1. The two rivals are set to rematch at Misfits 12 in Leeds this Saturday, and the tension between them is palpable.

A Complete Lifestyle Change

Brooke admits that her life has undergone a massive transformation since her first fight with Bunker. She used to be a self-proclaimed "party girl," indulging in drugs and living a wild lifestyle. But now, she has been sober for 18 months and has left that lifestyle behind.

She says, "I don't drink, I've had 18 months sober, or a year, and now I just live a boring life. I don't go out on the weekends because I'm too focused on my eating and my training habits. My circle has got a lot smaller, I don't see as many people as I did once before because I'm just not in that lifestyle of partying and going out anymore."

Boxing as a Lifeline

Brooke credits boxing for saving her from depression and helping her establish a healthier routine. She explains, "Routine is my favorite thing about boxing because it gives me a reason to wake up in the morning. It gives me structure for the day."

She adds, "From being depressed and – I wouldn't say a drug addict because I wasn't a drug addict – but a party animal, to where I am now, it's been a journey."

Rivalry and Redemption

Brooke and Bunker's rivalry has been brewing ever since their first fight, and now, with Bunker as the champ, the stakes are even higher. Brooke sees this rematch as her chance to win the belt and prove herself.

She says, "We also aren't that fond of each other, so it's got great ingredients for a good fight."
