Eubank Jr. explains how his anatomy makes him a perfect boxer.

CHRIS EUBANK JR is known for his fighting blood and granite chin, but could the rest of his anatomy make it a potential world champion as well?

Chris Sr, a British ring legend, is the son of Chris Sr. He is a two-weight champion and has yet to win a major title at his father's old super-middle and middle stomping grounds.

Eubank Jr believes he is smarter, more disciplined and more intelligent than his opponent

However, winning his bitter grudge match against Liam Williams of Wales in Cardiff on Saturday should propel the 32-year old into major fights later in the year.

Eubank Jr. went through his body with SunSport to show why he's a mean, lean fighting machine.

BRAIN

I've thought at a higher level all my career and have managed more pressure.

I'm a better fighter, more prepared, and more disciplined. Roy Jones Jr, my trainer, is a better one than I am. He creates the strategy.

My self-belief and belief in myself is enormous. I don't see anyone too large or too small to be defeated.

My view is that mindset is more important than athletic ability. If you are ready to do whatever it takes to win, it will set you apart.

CHIN

My chin is rock, granite, unmoveable and unbreakable. I have never been knocked out in any fight, sparring or other form of combat. Liam Williams can't say the exact same thing.

HEART

Although I'm very wealthy, I still want more. I haven't made the amount I wanted so I'm still hungry.

There are many things that I want to do in boxing. Even though I own nice cars and houses, my heart is still burning. I love fighting, even though I could live off my investments now, but I prefer to be challenged and fight.

LUNGS

Although I'm a traditional fighter, I no longer do the famed early morning runs. My boxing training is done in the morning - sparring and bags, pads, then cardio at night.

I believe that the body should be active at night to fight disease, but I don't like getting up in morning.

STOMACH

My metabolism is very quick and I don't gain weight easily. In the lead-up to this fight, I have been eating Magnum Ice Creams.

Although I've never eaten fast food or binged, I don't eat that much.

I have written about all my fights, including where and when I ate and how I felt. I'm old-school, so I stay fit.

FISTS

My power is unmatched in this division. I am very precise and put together my shots well. I don't waste shots and feel that I can hurt anyone.

FEET

Although I believe I have had excellent footwork for most of my life, I might have forgotten to use it in a few fights. Roy is with me and my footwork has improved significantly.

BLOOD

My genes are a factor. Some guys are naturally athletic and can perform well.

Since I was a child, I've always been able get a good physique, run 12 rounds, and run fast.

However, I have witnessed super strong and fast men get beaten by less athletic guys who are willing to die in ring.
