NICOLA DAMS showcased her amazing physique in an Instagram photo.
The 38-year-old former Olympic boxer is a consistent trainer and shows off her toned body to thousands of her followers.
Since 2018, Nicola Adams has been seeing Ella Baig.
Adams is currently on vacation and took a photo in front of the pool while looking away from camera.
She captioned her post with the following: "Don’t waste time waiting to find inspiration." Begin, and inspiration will come to you."
The photo is in line with her Instagram bio which reads "Serving vibes and looks."
Adams is not known for her beautiful skin, so this snap allowed her to show off her tattoos.
The one below her belly button shows a love heart enclosed by leaves. Her left arm is covered by a sleeve.
Ella Baig, her girlfriend, was in awe and commented: "Mmmmm."
They met in Leeds in 2018, while Baig was studying at the university.
Their relationship has remained strong and they avoided the "Strictly curse" when Adams participated in Strictly Come Dancing 2020.
Adams was paired up with Katya Jones, until the professional dancer tested positive to Covid, which ruled them out of the competition.
Baig describes this period as one the most difficult of her life because it occurred during a national lockdown.
HOAR was told by her: "Nicki Adams would train all day and then go home to chill out and sleep. I would keep myself busy at home, cleaning up and tidying up. I was mostly just watching TV.
"I felt really down, and started having panic attacks. My heart rate was racing and it was like I couldn’t breathe. I was plagued by dark thoughts.
"There was another national lockdown. Restaurants and hair salons were all shut down and I was trapped with Nicki and Katya so I was not allowed to see anyone.
"After moving back to Leeds, we were separated for two months. It was hard to decide not to see Nicki for so long. But you have to prioritize your health. It was the most difficult time of my life."
