Floyd Mayweather, 45 years old, is seen training and 'plotting ways to make nine figures' amid Conor McGregor match rumours

FLOYD MAYWEATHER is "plotting ways to make nine figures" amid rumours that Conor McGregor will be rematch.

American legend boxed last May and defeated Don Moore, his former sparring partner, in eight exhibition rounds.

Gerald Tucker, his coach, has released footage from the bout in Abu Dhabi.

He claimed that it was all part Mayweather's masterplan for at least $100 million more to his net worth.

Tucker wrote: "Me, @floydmayweather, cool, calm, collected.

"Always one-step ahead of the game.. He was planning to make 8 figures Dubai and then plotting to make 9 figures just a few months later. Money magnet."

Since his retirement from professional boxing, Mayweather, 45 has been to three exhibitions.

The first was against Tenshin Naukawa, a featherweight kickboxer, in 2018, before Logan Paul, 27, returned in June 2021.

Mayweather was scheduled to box Moore in Dubai, until Sheikh Khalifa bin Zyed al-Nahyan, a 73-year old UAE President, died.

The fight was delayed by one week and took place in Abu Dhabi.

Since then, the unbeaten Hall of Famer announced that he would be returning to Japan in September against MMA star Mikuru Asakura, 29,

FightHype, the media company Mayweather favours, reported that McGregor was being rematched by FightHype.

Mayweather won the 2017 first money fight in ten rounds, before he retired.

McGregor would, as was the case five-years ago, need special permission to the UFC.

The Irishman has two fights remaining on his current deal. He cryptically replied to the rematch reports by posting a photo from their first fight.

He wrote: "I accept." This was accompanied by a photo of him landing a body shot for Mayweather.
