Mayweather uploaded a training clip with Gerald Tucker, the boxing coach to Tyron Woodley.
He wrote: "It's okay to remind you'all that sometimes I'm #TBE [The Best Ever]
Woodley, who rematches Jake Paul this weekend, said: "No Question!"
After beating Conor McGregor (33) in a lucrative crossover bout, Mayweather retired officially in 2017.
He has been back twice since then, first in an exhibition against featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa (23).
Logan Paul (26), a YouTuber, took him the distance in June. He weighed TWO STONE MORE.
Mayweather, despite boasting a $100million payday is insistent that it was his last appearance in the ring. He will now focus on the next crop boxing stars.
Recently, he said: "I won’t go back to Boxing, no, I won’t."
"Boxing was very beneficial to me because I could make smart investments from the outside. But now, I want to help others become champions like Gervonta.
"Terence Crawford and Errol Spence, [David] Benavidez... the list goes on. There are many great young fighters out there that I admire, and they are all very tough fighters.
"I don’t miss boxing. I just go to have fun. That’s why I did an exhibit with Logan Paul. We had fun, I had lots of fun.
"We provided some entertainment for people and they need to understand that there is a big difference between an actual fight and an exhibition.
"With an exhibition, I was only training from the time it happened. It would have been bloody if it had been a real fight.
"I was able to fight 16 world champions in one fight, I was in unification bouts, and I did a lot in boxing.
"I couldn’t do everything but I’m happy for the undisputed champions.
