After Floyd Mayweather's approval, GERVONTA DAVIS and Ryan Garcia are now closer to a potential mega-fight.

Mayweather said that Garcia will be back at 135lbs if Mayweather takes the fight.
Davis is still being promoted by Mayweather, despite Davis's suggestion earlier this year that he would end his contract with the 50-0 star.
Floyd promised fans last month that Tank would be "with [Mayweather Promotions] for ever".
Garcia defeated Fortuna at welterweight. He weighed in at 140lbs for the bout in Los Angeles.
Mayweather is positive he can win the big fight in 2022, but Garcia would have to give up his preference of 135lbs for Mayweather.
FightHype reported Mayweather that Gervonta "Tank" Davis is the main man in boxing at the moment.
"That's all Ryan Garcia knows about Tank. That's it.
"'Oh, I wanna fight Tank. It's the biggest fight, I don't care.
"OK, you wanna fight Tank? Boxing is a sport that requires sacrifices.
"So, we are aware that 'Tank fights at 135. We can make Tank fight at 135, so get in touch with us if you want to fight Tank before the end.
Garcia displayed his power against Fortuna and dropped his opponent three times in six rounds.
"HE'S NOT IN HIS 30s"
He said that he felt much better after the fight, "fighting at 140 was a great experience."
"I won't go back to 135 for nothing. But I will fight Tank next, Tank may want that at 140."
Mayweather, however, is positive that the 23-year old will enjoy the challenge of returning to lightweight.
Floyd said, "He's young." He could be a lot older, I could tell. He is not in his 30s.
"As you age, men gain weight and you'll feel like you can't lose weight anymore."
"But he's young. We must make sacrifices.
"This fight won't be hard to win. There is no problem. We're going to do this, okay?
"Now, we're gonna turn off a lot of stuff, but we won't turn down any money.
"We don't turn down our collars," we know. But, we won't turn down any money.
Mayweather, 29, has already announced an exhibition bout against Mikuru Asakura (MMA star), in September.
He recently displayed a new purchase - he bought his grandson a $18k car chair - which was specially lined with MINKfur.
