But his original bout against Liam Harrison was called off on Friday after the Brit suffered a knee injury.
It saw Mayweather scour the sparring world for a new opponent.
And he has now revealed he will be taking on reality TV star-turned-MMA fighter Chalmers in a potential classic at the O2.
Alongside a poster of the event, Mayweather wrote on social media: “London. This will be my first time showcasing my talent live on Feb. 25th. I want the whole UK at the O2 Arena.”
