FLOYD MAYWEATHER could face Don Moore in a rescheduled fight NEXT WEEK.
Former sparring partners will box an exhibition bout in Dubai tomorrow, atop a 700ft hotel helicopterpad.
With less than 24 hours remaining, however, the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zyed, a 73-year old UAE President, forced the cancellation of the entire event.
SunSport has learned that event organizers are trying to move the fight to a later date.
According to TMZ Sports it could happen as soon as next week.
Pictures showed that the Burj Al Arab ring, located 700ft above the sea level, was already in place hours before the cancellation.

Although there has been no official statement on the postponement, Mayweather paid tribute to Khalifa.
He wrote: "Sending condolences the whole UAE. RIP Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed."
Khalifa, the leader of the UAE since 2004, was thought to be worth approximately $120million.
He is also half-brother to Sheikh Mansour who purchased Manchester City's football club in 2008.
The UAE's Ministry of Presidential Affairs announced a 40-day mourning period and three-day suspension of all ministry work.
This ultimately caused Mayweather's exhibition to be postponed without any official word about a new date.
Moore and the American have spent the week training for the fight in Dubai.
Tickets purchased as NFTs for the equivalent of PS150,000 cost only 20-40 VIP fans.
Mayweather, who was retiring from the UFC in 2017, after defeating Conor McGregor (33) in a UFC exhibition bout, was scheduled to box in Mayweather's third exhibition bout.
First, he was confronted by featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Naukawa (23 years old in 2018) and then Logan Paul (27 years old last June).
The ring around the helipad had been set up already.
