Chris Eubank Jr., 32, will be the headliner in a grudge bout against Liam Williams, 29, a middleweight rival.
Shields, 25, hosted an open workout at Mayweather's Las Vegas facility prior to the event. He even gave some tips.
Sky Sports spoke to her: "Training alongside Floyd Mayweather has increased my confidence.
He said that he was very fond of my abilities and my power, and that he would fly to the UK to see this fight. So I'm looking forward to putting on a great show.
"If I had only one word to describe this camp it would be uncomfortable. For this fight, I had to get out of my comfort zone.
"I am making sure I have all the tools, and going to Mayweather Boxing Club has really sharpened my tools."

Gerald Tucker is currently coaching the retired American in Dubai, where they are discussing an exhibition with YouTuber "Money Kicks", 20-years-old.
Tucker also worked with AdrienBroner, 32, an ex-UFC champ Tyronwoodley, 39 and was Shields' assistant trainer before her return.
He also saw parallels between the four fighting stars, who were considered masters of their craft.
SunSport's Tucker said that Floyd is a champion of four divisions and is considered an elite fighter.
"Tyron is a Hall of Fame Welterweight from UFC and Claressa has undisputed two times in two divisions.
"She also won two gold medals at the Olympics. What I can see in all of them is that their mentality is that hard work comes first.
"People have different reasons to want it, and they work hard in various ways. They are competitive in different ways.
"I see the genius in them all and they all remind of me of one another.
"They are willing to push their bodies beyond what the body desires, so it becomes spiritual."
