Tyson Fury has been pushed to his limits ahead of his fight against Francis Ngannou next month.
Fury underwent a grueling punching workout led by his strength and conditioning coach.
Preparing for the Showdown
The current world heavyweight boxing champion, Fury, 35, is set to face UFC legend Ngannou, 37, in a highly anticipated exhibition match in Saudi Arabia on October 28th.
Both fighters are determined to prove themselves as the greatest in the world.

Training Hard
Fury has been working tirelessly to ensure he is in top shape for the bout.
Renowned trainer SugarHill Steward will once again be in his corner, while Ngannou has sought the guidance of Mike Tyson.
In addition, Fury has been working with strength and conditioning specialist Kristian Blacklock.
An Explosive Workout
Blacklock put Fury through an intense arm workout specifically designed to improve the power of his punches.

A video shared on social media showed Fury performing explosive exercises using a weighted barbell, known as a landmine press, which targets various parts of the shoulder and upper arm.
For an added challenge, Fury wrapped a resistance band around the barbell to enhance his power.
Blacklock captioned the video: "Working on power. Less than five weeks to go! #riyadseason."
Future Plans
After his match against Ngannou, Fury may decide against a heavyweight unification fight with Oleksandr Usyk as he contemplates a move into Hollywood.

In an interview with Fabulous Magazine, Fury's wife Paris revealed that the boxer has received offers for acting roles and expressed her belief that he may pursue a career in acting.
Despite this, she admitted that Fury hasn't displayed a lasting interest in acting in the past and joked that she would need to teach him to "smolder" like Brad Pitt.
