HAFTHOR BJORNSSON has impressed his fans with amazing weight loss photos ahead of his third Boxing bout.
Bjornsson, a ten-time winner of Iceland's Strongest Man, has lost an amazing 110lbs (eight stones) during the build up to his fight on September 18.
Briton Eddie Hall, a 32-year-old 6ft 9in tall man mountain, was set to take on the 6-foot-9in man mountain in a grudge match scheduled for September.
Hafthor has lost an amazing 110 pounds since he retired from strongman training a year back in preparation for the fight.
After suffering severe injuries, Hall had to leave the "World's Heaviest Fighting"DETACHED BICEP last month.
Bjornsson will still fight Devon Larratt, an arm wrestler from Dubai, on September 18. He has also taken to Instagram to share his progress.
Larratt (46 years old) has won 53 of his 61 arm-wrestling bouts. He is currently the holder the 'Legacy Hammer,' the most prestigious prize in the sport.
With less than a month until his fight, Bjornsson, an ex-Game of Thrones actor posted a photo of himself after training.
The caption he used was: Training completed! ![]()
Hardwork pays off! This is something I keep reminding myself of! Set goals and work towards them! ![]()
Fans will be able to purchase the fight between Larratt and Bjornsson on pay-per view through CoreSports at a cost of PS7.99
Bjornsson & Eddie Hall have a long-standing rivalry that dates back to World's Strongest Man days. The pair are set to reschedule for next year.
Bjornsson expects a quick victory when they finally meet in 2022.
Virgin Radio Dubai's Icelandic man said: "We're going fight, and it's going be great.
"I'll knock him out in the third round, most likely," I would declare.
"I don’t want to make him fall too quickly. I want him to hurt. I want him to feel the punches."
