HAFTHOR BJORNSSON lost an amazing NINE stone before Saturday's fight against Devon Larratt.
Muscle and Health spoke to 'The Mountain' and revealed that he is in top form for his third bout.
Hafthor has lost nine stone since he switched to boxing for strongman
Thor, 32, was expected to face Eddie Hall, a strongman rival, this weekend, before 'The Beast’ suffered an injury.
After losing the weight, Bjornsson (6ft 9in) will now face Larratt, the world's No1 arm wrestler.
When he was named World's Strongest Man 2018, the Game of Thrones star weighed in at 32 stone.
The Icelandic giant, who admitted that he would love Tyson Fury to fight next, is now slender at 23 stone.
Muscle and Health was told by Bjornsson that although I don't weigh myself anymore, the last time I did I was 149kg.
"I am not getting heavier. That's a fact. I don't have a plan to lose weight.
, Bjornsson's weight has gone up from 32 to 23 stone.
"I want to feel good, be fit and be able to go the entire six rounds.
"When I competed in World's Strongest Man I was eating six to seven meals per day and consuming around 10,000 calories.
"I felt okay. But, because of my bodyweight, I never felt great. At 205kg, no one feels great.
It doesn't matter how strong you are, being heavy can drain a lot of your energy.
"Ofcourse, since I switched to boxing, my diet and lifestyle have changed tremendously. I eat a lot more clean and less.
