Joshua already invoked his right for an immediate rematch as he did with Andy Ruiz Jr. in 2019.
Ruiz, 32 was able to shock the British star, but Ruiz was unable to win in seven rounds. Six months later, sweet revenge was achieved.
SugarHill Steward, Fury's coach, believes Joshua is making the right choice by trying to make it again.
FightHubTV reported that he had to get into the fight with Usyk because the plan was already in place. Ruiz has already done it before.
"This is Anthony Joshua's next step - something he did last time and something that he can do again this time."
Deontay Wilder (36), was beaten by Fury, 33, two weeks after Joshua's second career defeat.
Now, he will be placed in a mandatory WBC title defense against Dillian Whyte (33), who has recently pulled out with injury of his fight against Otto Wallin (30).
SuugarHill stated: "Me, Tyson Fury feel exactly the same way. It's who the promotional team puts together for the fight.
He wants to fight the best boxers in the world. It's that simple.
He was asked if that included Joshua, Whyte and Usyk. His answer was: "Yep. Any of them." It doesn't matter what, I train for the same thing - knockouts.
Bob Arum, Fury's US promoter, recently announced that Fury will be making a UK return for his next fight.
