He'd do the same as Tyson Fury - Eddie Hearn claims that Dillian Whyte would speedroll through Deontay wilder because 'he's too large'

DILLIAN WHYTE is expected to follow the lead of Tyson Fury, and beat Deontay Wilder, if he ever finds the American.

Wilder, a former WBC champ, was knocked out in the 11th round in his fight against the Gypsy King. However, he put on a great performance before being stopped.

Eddie Hearn believes that fellow Brit Dillian Whyte would put in a similar performance

Wilder was however unable to cope with the 6'9in and 277lb Gypsy King who made all his advantages count.

Eddie Hearn, Matchroom Boxing chief, insists Whyte would do it the same way to the Bronze Bomber. However, he acknowledges that the Brixton banger loves a good cry-up and could be laid out.

He said to iFL TV that he would do the exact same thing to Wilder as Fury in terms of being too strong and large, but could also be KO'd."

Hearn, 42 years old, believes that former unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk will also defeat Wilder.

He admits that he could be taken out of the rivalry by the Olympian, who is heavy-handed.

He said, "AJ, too smart, too good a technie, but could also be KO'd." Wilder would be taught by Usyk, but he could also be KO'd."

Wilder, 35 years old, broke his hand during his failed bid to reclaim WBC title. He will undergo surgery next week.

Shelly Finkel, his co-manager, revealed this to SunSport: "Deontay fractured his right hand behind third knuckle. He has to have it fixed next week."

"He must have surgery. The knuckle is okay, but it's the bone that broke the knuckle.

"He was sore, but he was fine. He was home yesterday.

"He is healing. If everything is okay, he will probably enter the ring in April or May next year.

Wilder, who was dejected, refused to show Fury respect immediately after the fight but did give Fury his dues after his postfight checkup.

He stated that he did his best but it wasn't enough to be a good enough partner tonight. I don't know what happened.

"I knew that he did certain things in training, and I also knew he didn’t come in at 277lbs to be a ballet dancer.

"He came to me to lean on and try to rough me up, and he succeeded."
