Paul, 25, is currently training for his sixth professional bout. It was originally scheduled for August 6, but chaos ensued.
Tommy Fury, 23, was able to pull out again after sustaining an injury in training and then running into visa issues in the USA.
31-year-old Hasim Rahman Jr. had signed to replace Fury, but a weight dispute with Paul led to their bout being cancelled.
Paul fought Fury's replacement Tyron Woodley in December. He was defeated on points by Paul four months prior.
This was in addition to KOs over "AnEsonGib", an online rival of Nate Robinson (38), and Ben Askren (38), who were both ex-NBA players.
