Jake Paul announces SIX-MAN Shortlist for August Fight, including Floyd Mayweather and Tommy Fury.

JAKE Paul has said he could face Tommy Fury or Floyd Mayweather in August.

The 25-year-old boxer is currently preparing for his next fight, but he is still deciding who his opponent will.

Paul last fought Tyron Woodley, former UFC World Champion in December. He won by knockout.

He was supposed fight Fury prior to the Brit's injury-related withdrawal.

Paul is open to the possibility of facing his former UFC fighter or his arch-nemesis in a ring match.

Paul has previously been linked to Fury, Mayweather and De La Hoya at 49 years old. But he now lists six names that he could face.

PAULSY CLAIMS

De La Hoya calls Jake Paul the'real deal', and says that he is a WORLD CHAMP.

Paul answered the question "Floyd Mayweather", Anderson Silva, Oscar De La Hoya and Tommy Fury.

"There are a lot people on the hitlist, and other names that we're speaking to. We are just trying to find the largest opponent.

"I've fought everyone I know, and I've been promoted to the rank of p[promotion. Nobody has ever matched my starpower so I'm looking for someone with the same star power. We might fight in Australia or America.

"Oscar! If you're looking at this man, get up and start training. We can make it happen!"

Paul also called out Conor McGregor and fellow UFC stars Nate Diaz, Jorge Masvidal.

It seems he is now focusing his attention on De La Hoya who was a former world champion and is a huge fan of the Youtuber.

He said Paul was on his way to becoming the world champion, and called him "the real deal".

De La Hoya stated: "Let's tell you something about Jake Paul. He's the real deal. I'm going tell you that.

Jake Paul is the real deal with only four to five fights and the seriousness with which he takes it seriously.

"And I challenge anyone with boxing or MMA experience to call him out. I'll tell ya one thing: this guy can beat a lot good champions, and maybe even great champions.

Jake Paul takes it seriously. This isn't a one-off or a two-off.

He wants to be a world champion. There's no other way to do that than to fight the best.
