JAKE PAUL laughed at the fears that Tyron Woodley was training with Floyd Mayweather.
Instead, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, 24, claims it will be a DISADVANTAGE for his ex-UFC opponent, 39.
Paul and Woodley will meet in Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday, August 29, to settle a feud that dates back to April.
They clashed after Paul easily defeated Ben Askren, Woodley's close friend.
After a heated meeting in the dressing room, and followed by taunts on social media, the grudge match was made official.
Woodley won 19 of his 28 professional MMA fights and has never boxed before.
Woodley has also drafted Mayweather Jr, a boxing legend, to train Paul after he's won all three of his fights.
Ironically, Logan's older brother Paul has just won an exhibition draw against the veteran.
Jake, the younger brother, isn't concerned about Mayweather's participation in Woodley’s training camp. He insists that it won't lead to a positive outcome.
Paul stated to TMZ Sports that he believes it is a disadvantage.
"Him jumping around with different coaches trying to learn different styles is not how you move forward in this sport.
"Floyd didn’t have a strategy to beat my brother so how will he tell Tyron what to say?"

Paul is the half-brother to world champion Tyson.
A possible clash with Manny Pacquiao would be a bad idea as he would rather have a rematch with Mayweather.
