Jake Paul claims that he wouldn't have signed up for voluntary drug testing in Tommy Fury match.

JOHN FURY accused Jake Paul of refusing voluntary drug testing in advance of their showdown with Tommy.

In a grudge match, the YouTuber will take on Fury's youngest brother.

Negotiations for the bout took longer than anticipated. John was furious that Paul refused to undergo stringent testing by Voluntary Anti-Doping Association.

John stated that there was a lot of stuff in the contracts during a pre-fight interview.

"There were all kinds of it. Like, 'You have to change your name for one year. This is what you have to do. This is what you have to do.

"He needs to change his name to Tommie Fumbles for one year. That's all rubbish.

"I could get into it more and I don't want people to bore me with politics. Are you sure what I'm talking about ?...

"And, like everything else, it's not that he would sign up for VADA testing."

John was annoyed by Paul's alleged refusal of strict VADA testing, but he insists that he isn't 'bothered’ by the decision.

He said, "That bothered my a bit because I want it in the contract." He wouldn't do it.

"But I don't even care about that because they're going do what they want to do anyway.

"So yeah, we want to fight because we know that we can win it.

"The people who think Tommy is being paid to lose are joking."

Paul, 24, was drug-tested after his August split decision win over Tyron Woodley.

And the social media star's post-fight sample came back negative for any performance-enhancing drugs.

Paul was accused of using PEDS in the lead-up to his win over Woodley. This made him laugh.

He stated: "Yeah, so I woke up a few mornings ago and my manger sent me this headline and said, "Hey hope you're seeing this."

"So, I swiped up my phone and typed "what are PEDs"

"This is hilarious. How many excuses can they make?

"People said Ben Askren was going to beat Jake Paul, but Nate Robinson is the betting favourite because he is a YouTuber."

They know that I'm coming to their UFC champion five times, and that I will knock him out. They are trying to find any excuse possible.

"It's a professional fight with drug testing and commissions, so how do these people come up with that?"

"I take it as a compliment, as I make light work of them, and they are running short of excuses."
