Ye, rap royalty West, has repeatedly slammed Davidson (28), in public after the comedian started dating Kim Kardashian.
The drama escalated when the alleged private messages between them were posted online.
In a message to Davidson, the Saturday Night Live star claimed that she was in bed with West's ex-partner Kardashian, 41.
West, 44 years old, was also allegedly told by him: "Whatever you do to your family is dangerous. It will scare them for their entire lives."
Paul, a YouTuber and prizefighting boxing superstar, urged the pair of rivals to resolve their dispute in the ring for $30m each.
He now claims he is worthy of the $60 million pot. This shows that he has wealthy backers who are eager to see West and Davidson eat their beef in the ring.
Paul, 25, feels that the rivalry must end for West and Kardashian's sake.
Paul said to TMZ, "I'm sick of them going back-and-forth on social media. I believe it's affecting their lives, like Kanye's and Kim's children.

"They're going to be the ones who take the most pain from this.
Let's stop this. Kanye, I got $30m to you. He's a billionaire, so it might not excite.
"But what will excite them is him beating up Pete.
"I know Pete lived in his mom's basement, so $30m is a lot to him.
"Plus PPV upside. I have the money. I will put it in before the fight.
"They can easily meet approximately 165lbs. Let's make it happen.
