Paul was scheduled to face Tommy Fury, his bitter rival earlier in the month. However, their grudge match was canceled due to travel problems for Love Island star.
Former Disney star, Hasim Rahman Jr was originally scheduled to face Hasim Sr., the son of Hasim Sr.
After Rahman Jr.'s alleged 11-hour weight change request, he decided to end the Madison Square Garden melee.
Paul, furious, vented his frustrations via social media and said: "Hasim Rahman Jr. has pulled out from the fight."
He said, "This isn't a joke, it's not a joke. I am devastated. We just discovered this news."
"This is yet another instance of a professional fighter, just like Tommy Fury being afraid to fight me.
"It is obvious that these guys were unprofessional to work alongside, and looking for excuses to make more money at this event.
"To coerce and us into doing certain things, and I knew right away that this guy wasn't going to get in the rings with me."
