Jake Paul teases a 'big announcement' about UFC's parent company that will make people's**t themselves after they have purchased shares in the UFC.

JAKE PAUL teased a "big announcement" following his acquisition shares in UFC's parent organization.

This week, the YouTuber and boxer turned fighter revealed that he had purchased Endeavor stock.

The former Disney star also hinted at a major announcement on Thursday.

Paul posted on his Instagram Story Wednesday night: "Big announcement tomorrow. @mostvaluablepromotions."

Paul said that the announcement would cause serious waves a few hours later.

Paul responded to Ariel Helwani's tweet about MMA journalist Ariel Helwani by saying: "Listen buddy, all these emojis may be cool, but you're gonna s**t yourself tomorrow."

After his recent purchase of shares, it is unclear what power Paul will have, if any to bring about change at Endeavour.

The Problem Child, along with Geoffrey Woo, hopes to get activist and impact hedge fund investors on board to make a real difference.

He stated that he had invested in EDR stock (UFC) with his partner @geoffreywoo 2. The focus of the UFC's ESG standards for fighters is UFC's.

We believe EDR can increase long-term economic value through increasing UFC fighters' pay and providing them with healthcare.

Paul is furious at UFC fighter pay, but Dana White, the promotion's president, has been repeatedly targeted by him on social media.

White was told by him earlier this month that he thought White was one of the most selfish and capitalistic motherf**kers he'd ever seen.

"I am the only one who doesn't need you, and I don’t care a f**k about your existence.

"But all these people and all your fighters, they all can't say anything s**t cause it'll just be benched.

Dana says, "The bottom line is that you won’t add health insurance for your fighters. You don’t care a f**k over them and you’re too greedy to pay your minimum fighter more $12,000 for putting their lives at risk.
