JAKE PAUL threatened to sue Tommy Fury, who was "overweight" but "wasn’t really in training" for the fight.
Celebrity boxing rivals Fury and Fury have signed twice to fight each other, but Fury was unable to make it happen.

John, the father of the ex-Love Islander, hinted that his son wasn't in the best physical condition before agreeing to the grudge matches on short notice.
John said to DAZN, "Tommy wasn’t exactly in training."
He'd only been on vacation for about 10 days, which was quite surprising.
"It was hard to see it in person because I was so busy with other things.
"I noticed that the whole thing was not right when I paid attention.
"But I said, "Okay, it's what it is. If you want to box him, go over there. It's a 50-50 opportunity. You are already experienced. You could be more fit or lose weight, but that's up to you.
"He said, "Okay, then, I'll do mine own thing and go fight him anyway, because I can beat him."
Paul was furious at the comments and tweeted: "I should sue that fool." His father reveals why he pulled out again.
Fury's withdrawal from the August 6 pay-per-view fight was due to an issue with his US visa.
Paul, 25 years old, was unable to resolve the issue in time. He reacted by agreeing that he would face Hasim Rahman Jr., 31, at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Rahman Jr., the son ex-heavyweight champion Sr., won his first twelve fights, six by knockout, but was defeated for the first time in April.
James McKenzie Morrison (31), the son of Tommy, was able to stop him in round 5.
Paul, who is now 5-0, prepares to fight a recognized boxer for his first time. He has sparred Rahman Jr twice before.
