Jake Paul ripped the lip of a bare-knuckle fighter in preparation for his fight against Ben Askren
Paul is getting ready for Fury's eagerly awaited clash on December 18, in Florida.
In previous boxing bouts, he has already defeated Tyron Woodley and Askren.
Bostwick also refuted the idea that Paul isn't a true fighter.
Bostwick, recalling the 2020 incident, told Cene Magazine that Bostwick was "sparring with some Miami guys not far from me" and that he was giving out some really great work and lighting some people up.
"He needed more sparring partners, and they were feeling out some men - this was for Askren fight.
"So I received a few messages from Jake Paul indicating that there was an opportunity to spar with him.
"So I agreed to it. But the guy said, "Listen, the man can box, please don’t think that he can’t."
"This was from a professional coach, someone I know.
"I was driving down there, and I felt nervous. It's about an hour drive. I thought, "Oh, there are all these cameras, all his boys. I really need to be there."
"We had three solid rounds, and he caught me with some shots!"
"He struck me with an uppercut, and ripped my top lip!"
"He caught me with some s***, and I was like "What the f ***??" '"
Bostwick is currently fighting in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. He is still waiting to find out who his next opponent will.
