JAKE PAUL will face Tommy Fury in a eight-round fight at 192 lbs catchweight.
Celebrity boxing rivals have confirmed their December 18 headliner in Miami. This was revealed exclusively by SunSport.
Jake Paul and Tommy Fury will be fighting in a 192lb catchweight fight
Paul, 24, fought at 190lb during his four-fight career. He is 10lb short of the cruiserweight limit.
Fury, 22 years old, debuted in 175lb light-heavyweight but has been steadily losing weight.
In June's match against Jordan Grant, the Love Island 2019 star weighed in at 190 lbs. However, he lost 10 lb to win his last victory against Paul's sparring partner Anthony Taylor.
Paul won the largest victory against former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in eight rounds, right after defeating Taylor, a 32-year-old MMA fighter.
Fury, who has never fought over four rounds, will be matched against the YouTuber.
Paul stated, "Fight a true boxer they've spoken of." And that's exactly what I am doing. Unbeaten boxer of the legendary Fury bloodline.
"But, this one is more important than boxing for me. It's for America, and it shows the world that there are no other countries that can give you the chance to do what you want.
It's for anyone who dreams big and devotes their lives to it.
"On December 18, I will continue to fulfill my dreams, turning a Fury into Fumbles."
Fury stated, "Jake Paul will soon learn a very important life lesson. This is my world and he doesn’t belong there.
"I am not one of these MMA guys or basketball players. I have been boxing all my life. I will be demonstrating the difference between a YouTuber or a real fighter man on December 18th.
"Thanks to Frank Warren, Most Valuable Promotions & Showtime, for giving me the chance to put this clown down once and for all."
