Jake Paul vs Tyron woodley PPV Buys Revealed with Sales Only Half of Floyd Mayweather’s Numbers with Brother Logan

JAKE PAUL's fight with Tyron Woodley did not generate half the pay-per view buys as his brother's fight with Floyd Mayweather.

In a split decision, the YouTuber became a boxer and defeated the former UFC Welterweight Champion in their fight late last month.

This figure represented HALF the buys that Logan Paul made during his clash with Floyd Mayweather.

Paul's fight with The Chosen One was expected to be just as successful as Logan's show with Mayweather. Logan garnered one million pay per view buys.

Wrestling Observer says that Paul vs Woodley raked home less than 500,000 purchases.

They claim that the buys for the fourth professional bout of the former Disney star were in the range 480,000 to 500,000.

Showtime Sports promoted Logan and Jake's last outings.

Stephen Espinoza, Showtime Sports president, was positive that Paul vs Woodley will be a success and tipped it to perform'slightly lower' than the Mayweather-vs. Paul numbers.

Espinoza stated to MMA Junkie hours before the show began: "I think that we'll be pretty close at 15,000 in the arena."

"That's likely a few tickets short on a sell-out.

"Less Than 500 Tickets, or maybe even closer."

"The pre-buys outweigh everything we have done in the past, except for Mayweather Paul.

"So it's tracking in line with, but slightly lower than, Mayweather-Paul.

"Look, I'm not saying it will hit a million.

"Because it is necessary to keep track with a large amount of salt.

It's only a few thousand buys, and we are trying to predict five, six, or seven hundred thousands. However, the indicators are excellent."

Paul, 24 years old, overcame adversity to win his eight-rounder against Woodley and keep his undefeated record.

The Problem Child was willing to rematch the Missouri mauler immediately, provided he honors the pre-fight tattoo bet.

Woodley, however, has not yet inked 'I Love Jake Paul' on his skin.

Paul said that he was over the idea of a rematch when he was asked by ESPN if he is still open to it.

"I'm leaving Tyron in my past. He didn't live up the bet and he didn’t get the tattoo.
