Paul, however, has stepped up the ante and called for them to stake their two businesses.
KSI - also known as JJ – launched Prime this year with Paul's brother Logan, a former boxer opponent.
His American rival, Betr, recently announced his instant sports betting app Betr.
Paul stated on his podcast, "This is an exclusivity. JJ, I propose to you that if we fight, I will take half your Prime equity if I win.
"Winner takes all" and I get half your Prime equity. However, if you beat us, you get half my Betr equity.
Logan, 27, was defeated by KSI at 29 in their 2019 rematch after a draw the previous year.
They have been friends for many years, and they released Prime in January.
After three years, KSI was ready to return to the ring to beat rapper Swarmz (25), and professional boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda (23), on the SAME NIGHT.
Paul, 25, will be facing Anderson Silva (47), in his return fight on October 29.
He is calling for a grudge match with KSI, and is willing to go against enemy lines.
He stated: "KSI. I've always believed that you can be A-Side for yourself.
"Clearly you have an ego problem, I don’t care about being the A-Side.
"We all know the real A-Side - I just want you to get the f*** out of me, and I'll do it in my own country.
"I'll let your A-Side be because it doesn’t matter when it’s all over and you’re asleep on the f***ing Canvas."
