JAMEL HERRING'S wife wasn't happy with Shakur Stevenson's loss at the weekend.
Stevenson defeated Herring in 10th round in Atlanta to win the WBO super-featherweight championship.
Stevenson and Herring were able to embrace after a one-sided battle
During the build-up to the fight, the 24-year-old used a lot of trash talk Herring directed at him.
The pair hugged each other in the dressing room, even though they had just gone to war.
Stevenson apologized to Jennifer and said: "Sorry to all. Sorry, I'm mad at you. I am sorry.
Jennifer, however, did not take it well and stared at the two-weight champion in an awkward exchange.
After the video clip was released, she spoke on social media and said: "Congratulations @ShakurStevenson. We are sorry for your apologies but we won't do it again!"
"Don't be a bad guy to sell a fight!" Your talent will make you a success!
"Make me proud, but keep it humble!" Keep your belt love close to you!
One social media user responded to the clip by saying: "Lol, why is she mad. Your husband is a fighter, and sometimes he just wants to get his a** beat. I love the way that the other guy has him respect and gives him props.
Another agreed with Jennifer's reaction and added: "I don’t blame her. Shakur is fake like this bulls***, and she doesn't get it.
Stevenson, who has already won the world title at 130 and 126 lbs, is one of the top young fighters in the country.
He said, "Two-weight division champ and I just turned 24, in only 17 fights."
"All praise to God, because without him all of this will not be possible."
He added, "And tbh... I'm even more than what you've seen last night. I can't wait for the gym to get sharper.
