Joe Joyce promises to KO Joseph Parker in order to punish heavyweight foe who tries to duck the world title decider

JOE JOYCE has vowed that Joseph Parker will be punished for trying to get around the final world title hurdle.

The heavyweight duo shook hands in a BT Sport clash on April 23rd, in front of 94,000 Wembley supporters at Tyson Fury’s victory over Dillian Whyte.

The deal was then cancelled by Kiwi, a 30-year-old Kiwi who signed with BOXXER Promotional rivals and Sky Sports.

Parker's new backers have failed to provide him with a worthy opponent so he is being sent back to enemy lines to face the Juggernaut, 36, on September 24, in Manchester.

Joyce, WBO No1 contender, roared "This fight was a long time in preparation."

"Parker realized he didn't have anywhere else to go, and had to fight.

"It's No1 against No2. The winner will fight for the title of world champion!

"It's going be a raunchy fight, and you will see why I tried so hard to avoid him!"

Parker, a former WBO champ, has not impressed since his 2018 loss against Anthony Joshua.

He believes that Andy Lee, Tyson Fury’s assistant trainer, is getting the best of him after his back-to-back victories over Derek Chisora.

He stated that "on Saturday, September 24, Manchester will see me at my best."

Joe Joyce will be able to see why I'll become the heavyweight champion again.

"I'm working hard with Andy Lee, my trainer. Everything is going well and I feel great.

"I have waited patiently for this fight to start and let me tell ya now, the Juggernaut is dead." He doesn't have anywhere to run."
