Joe Joyce's team reaches out to Anthony Joshua regarding the all-British fight with Oleksandr Uzyk rematch in doubt

Anthony Joshua, JOE JOYCE and his team reached out to Anthony Joshua regarding a possible domestic dust-up that could take place later in the year.

Joyce, the mandatory WBO heavyweight title challenger, has made a run for AJ because of the uncertainty surrounding his British counterpart Oleksandr Usyk's rematch.

For the past week, Team GB's former stars have been arguing on Twitter. Frank Warren, the promoter of Team GB, reached out to Joshua's representatives to resolve their dispute.

TalkSPORT was informed by him that they had made initial contact but that he didn't believe they would accept it. They can have it if they want it.

Warren predicts Joyce causing a major upset if the former sparring partners' battle comes to fruition.

He said, "What do you have to lose?" Joe is my favorite. Joe is a great fighter. Joe's got a huge chin and great stamina.

AJ and Joyce exchange words online about "You're a Glass Cannon" as the fight talk heats up

"They speak about what happened as an amateur to him, but they're no longer amateurs, they're pros.

"AJ has done a remarkable job since becoming pros. He was the world champion.

He's been beaten twice, and exposed in his last fight. He's very exposed. Joe, I think he can get him down."

Joyce, 35, claimed Joshua had a'meltdown after claiming that he'd knocked him out in just one round.

He tweeted: "You are having a meltdown. Where's your belts?"

"All those endorsements and sponsorships are helping? You're a glass bottle, stop the act.

Olympic gold medallist Joshua responded: "By and the way, you told me five days ago, let's get that on our yout!"

"Check your Twitter. It was a mistake.

Joyce recently spoke out about his sparring sessions against Joshua in a BT Sport interview, confessing that it was a steep learning curve.
