JORGE MASVIDAL says he is open to reconciling with Jake Paul in the boxing ring.
They were both 37 years old and 25 respectively. However, they became pally when UFC superstar Masvidal tipped Paul not to lose his first bout with former MMA champ Tyron Whiteley.
Jake Paul made major strides in boxing in five professional fights
An X-rated war of words has followed and has opened Masvidal up to the prospect of throwing down with the YouTuber-turned-boxer.
Gamebred confessed to his love of money during a appearance on Paul's brother’s IMPAULSIVE podcast.
"I said that earlier on your show. It made me money and I have a lot of it. Why the f***?
"No matter what, I feel like all the chips are on my side. He just got into combat [sports] for whatever time he's been doing, 5-6 years.

"I have been doing it since I was young, so even though I don't have my f ****** PhD in it, it's still a form I enjoy doing, and I have more time than him.
"So, of course, I believe the chips are on mine. Big money, and I would wager that I would win that fight.
Masvidal would be willing to face his younger brother Paul, but his lucrative deal with UFC means that he will need to get the promotion's blessing.
He stated, "We are locked up until it makes any sense to us."

Paul, 25, made waves in boxing during his brief career. He's defeated former UFC stars Ben Askren, Woodley, and others.
Masvidal was impressed by what he saw in The Problem Child's second clash with Woodley, despite not being Woodley's biggest fan.
He stated that he was at his last fight live and that he got cracked many times and even a headbutt in this fight.
"I saw his face in that round where he was like, "Oh s ***, it’s a real fight.
"And he was still a little doubtful the next round, but eventually he returned and started fighting harder and more effectively.
"So, that's what I like best about him. He actually faced real hardships.
"Woodley captured him like two good shots, and he kept his cool and persevered.
"But Woodley is also an excellent fighter to fight. Woodley fights in spots. Woodley isn't aggressive and will explode on you with one great shot.
It would work in MMA, but it wouldn't work in boxing if you only have a strong right hand. I just gotta keep my hands up.
