After he KOed a rowdy customer, Julius Francis, a BOXER-turned-bouncer, has the full support of his employer.
Former heavyweight champion, who once fought Mike Tyson in a fight, smashed the punter outside London’s Boxpark Wembley, while working as security guard.
Julius Francis, a former boxer, is now a bouncer and knocked out a rowdy customer with one punch.
Yesterday's viral video of Saturday's altercation showed that a man became aggressive and was eventually knocked to his knees.
Roger Wade, CEO of AMD, has offered his support to Francis and described him as "one the nicest persons I have ever met".
He wrote in a LinkedIn post: "Wake up to a viral tale about one of our security staff.
"Julius Francis is an ex-UK heavyweight boxing champion and trains young underprivileged children boxing in his spare times.

"My understanding is that Julius, our security team, spent 15 minutes stopping this male and his friends hitting customers and staff.
"They carefully escorted them from the premises, under constant provocations and violence.
"Finally, the person approached Julius in an aggressive manner and he defended him.
"Acts of violence and abuse against staff members should not be tolerated."
"How would you respond if someone approached your violently?" If you were in my shoes, what would you do? #istandwithjulius."
The clip shows a group of men arguing with security personnel outside the popular North London food and beverage venue.
One man in particular becomes angry and shouts "f*** you!"
As he walks towards Francis, Tyson's ex-fighter, he lands a righthand and drops him.
Yesterday, Francis' employer and cops said that they were investigating. However, both probes have been dropped.

Metropolitan Police spokesperson stated that officers had spoken with all parties and reviewed the relevant CCTV.
"No further action will take place in relation to the incident involving security guard and male client."
Professional Security, which provides the bouncers at Boxpark added that Julius is a respected and long-standing member of their team.
"We believe that he acted in self defense and will offer our full support."
Wade said later in a LinkedIn post that he was "astonished" by the support comments he received regarding the Julius Francis security incident.
"It was instinctive to support Julius and give it the benefit of doubt that he felt under immediate danger and needed to defend myself."
"Frankly, it was surprising how many people thought it brave to support Julius and not disengage myself from the situation.
"I have found that being a great CEO does not only require financial success. It's also about doing the right things and creating a culture in which your employees and customers respect your decisions.
"Thank you again for your support. It's truly an honor and Julius greatly appreciated it.
Francis, now 57 years old, won 23 out of 48 bouts. He also lost in a famous fight to Tyson in Manchester, January 2000.
Iron Mike won the second round, and the Brit survived.
Francis also fought Vitali Klotschko in 1998, but was stopped after just two rounds.
He was a heavyweight champion throughout his career, winning belts from the Commonwealth and British.
Londoner boxed last in 2006, and after retirement, he started a fitness business while working as a security officer.

After a road rage attack in which he punched a car window and sprayed the driver with glass, Francis was sentenced to prison in 2009.
The motorist suffered minor injuries to his face. Francis, who later apologized, was told to perform 140 hours of unpaid labor and to pay PS200 compensation.
