KELLBROOK acknowledges defeat to Amir Khan and will be ashamed for the rest his life.
After a decade of personal and spiteful insults that sometimes crossed the line into trash talk, Britain's former world champions, both 35, finally meet on Saturday.
Kell Brook says he will not be able show his face to Amir Khan
Brook, the former IBF welterweight champion, is proud to be a Sheffield son and admits in a rare, sad moment that he will lose to Bolton, his Bolton foe.
He stated that defeat to Amir Khan was unimaginable because it had been discussed so many times and for so long.
"I would have my head down all the time for the rest my life.
"He is aware that there is a lot pressure on this fight due to the long buildup.
"This is for Britain's best, Khan vs Brook is the one to beat, bragging rights up to the max."
Brook's once-great career is now in disarray since he weighed in at middleweight to have a shot at Gennady Gorlovkin in 2016.

His comeback fight against Errol Spence Jr, a brick-fisted welterweight champion, ended almost exactly the same way. However, the left orbital bone was broken instead.
Brook's face was rebuilt with titanium, but Khan is ruthless and believes that Sheffield's steel won't be enough to save him.
He laughed and said, "I am on the A-side because it is the better fighter."
"I have everything he doesn't have, the better looks and the speed, as well as the power.
We might not be the best at taking photos, but it is the same for us both.
"His eyes are not going to help. He might think he's a bad guy now that he has Sheffield steel on his face, but I will still smash it up.
"I will be in the ring with him and wage war, 100 percent." He is already half-broken so he won't last the distance."
Brook's win over Shawn Porter to the 2014 world title is one of the most overlooked away victories of any Brit fighter. It was in the 32-0 American's backyard.
He also revealed Khan's inability to recognize the feat was one of the reasons he chased this fight for so long, and has now boiled it down to the catchweight limit at 149lbs.
He stated that although he may have a greater profile than I, he is still a better fighter. He is not a stronger fighter than I. Now that I have this fight, I want to get some things off of my chest.
"I respect him, but at the beginning of my career, when people were walking out, I was the first to be on the card.
"I reached my mandatory position by doing hard work, and then I went to America to get it. I still don't respect him."
"We must control our aggression in ring, but then we will go into war. The gameplan might even go out the window."
