KSI Pursues "Other Plans in the Pipeline"
KSI, the YouTuber-turned boxer, has announced that he has vacated his Misfits Boxing title belt in order to pursue "other plans in the pipeline." The title belt was launched in 2022 as a platform for celebrity-style crossover bouts.
Defending and Winning the Title
In his comeback after three years out of the ring, KSI successfully defended his title against rapper Swarmz and Mexican boxer Luis Pinenda. He also secured a knockout victory over gamer Faze Temper and nightclub tycoon and professional boxer Joe Fournier.
Not Conceding the Title
KSI's title was on the line during his fight against Tommy Fury, but he never officially conceded it. Now, in a cryptic social media post, he has revealed that he will not be defending the belt again.
New Champion to Be Crowned
In his social media post, KSI stated, "I have enjoyed the honor of being The Misfits Cruiserweight Champion immensely. I have other plans in the pipeline, and it wouldn't be fair for me to hold that title any longer." He then announced that a new champion will be crowned on the next Survivor Tag.

KSI's Boxing Return
KSI, who took time away from boxing following his defeat to Tommy Fury, has confirmed that he will be returning to the ring this year. He is eyeing a summer fight date. However, a rematch with Fury seems unlikely due to their bitter fallout. Talks between the camps for a grudge match against Jake Paul have also broken down.
