The YouTuber turned boxer posted a series pictures showing him looking quite bloated, then getting ripped.

He claimed that he did 100 push-ups per day and 100 sit-ups for three days straight. The results were amazing.

The American now says that the process was much more complicated and that he was inspired by an Anime character.

Paul, 27, stated on The MMA Hour that "that was a joke." It was almost a whole month.

"One Punch Man" is the strongest anime character. He can destroy people with just one punch, and everyone is asking how he does it. What is your training program?

"And all he does every day is 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and runs 10 miles."

Paul boxed his first fight in 2018 against KSI (an online opponent), which ended in a draw.

He lost their rematch one year later, after a scrappy split-decision.

Paul returned to the ring last June, but in a shocking exhibition against Floyd Mayweather, 45. This ended without a winner.

He is currently weighing whether to continue with WWE or pursue combat sports.

He said, "I would like to win in some kind of fighting, combat sport." It would be a great sport for me.

"But then again bro, I'm like: OK, do you f***ing go to get your head kicked in, or wrestle and have so much fun.

"My friends were like this: Before the Wrestlemania match they were like, "Hey, good luck." And I was like, "Enjoy it."

"Before a fight, it's like, "I love you brother." You can do whatever you want.

"They're praying behind me, my heart is pounding. It's a terrible headache.

"It's insane, the difference between boxing events and wrestling events, so I don’t know."
