Logan Paul's fiancée Nina Agdal wins legal battle against Dillon Danis after she gets a restraining order following X-rated posts

Nina Agdal has emerged victorious in her legal fight to secure a restraining order against Dillon Danis.

Agdal, who is engaged to YouTuber-turned-boxer Logan Paul, took Danis to court after he engaged in social media harassment directed at her.

A court has temporarily barred Danis from sharing specific images of Agdal, according to reliable sources.

The legal action was prompted by Agdal's claims of "humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm" caused by Danis' relentless tweets about her.

X-rated Scandal and Legal Win

In addition to the harassment, Danis is accused of sharing a 10-year-old X-rated photo of Agdal from a past encounter with a former partner.

A court ruling from TMZ confirms that Agdal has been granted a temporary restraining order against Danis.

Restrictions and Consequences

As a result, the MMA fighter is now prohibited from posting any content featuring Agdal that was never intended for public sharing or obtained without her consent.

Furthermore, Danis' friends and associates are also banned from disseminating the aforementioned photos.

The court ruling specifically states that Danis is not allowed to "post content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent, through the hacking of any of Plaintiff's accounts or devices, or through any other illegal or unauthorized means."

Additional Claims and Demands

Aside from the restraining order, Agdal has accused Danis of hacking into her private Snapchat account to locate and release a video in which she discusses her desire for physical intimacy after a period of celibacy.

Agdal is seeking £120,000 in damages for each federal violation, and she has requested a judge to prevent Danis from posting any further sexually explicit images that could potentially damage her reputation.

Twitter Response from Danis

Danis, a close friend of UFC superstar Conor McGregor, finally commented on the lawsuit through his Twitter account, but shockingly made light of the situation.

He tweeted: "Nina Agdal has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I'm in jail. This is actually wild, but I won't stop. F*** the system, come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking."
