Ugas beat Pacquiao in the ring after a two year hiatus. He lost by unanimous decision.
PacMan sustained significant eye damage during the welterweight title fight. He required five stitches to close a wound near his left eye.
Jinkee, Jinkee's wife, filmed her husband feeding him and revealed the true extent of his injuries.
Ugas' heavy jabs left the 42-year old fighter unable to see.
Pacquiao was originally scheduled to face Errol Spence Jr, undefeated welterweight champion. However, he was forced to withdraw due to eye injuries and was replaced with the Cuban boxer.
The eight-weight world champion at 8 lbs admitted after the fight that he could not rule out retiring from the sport.
Pacquiao stated that Manny Pacquiao may not fight again in the future.
"I don't know. However, for how many decades, I have been so satisfied with my boxing achievements.
"I also contribute a record to boxing and make boxing the best. I bring honor to my country, the Filipino people.
"I am proud to be Filipino and grateful to all my fans around the globe.
"I don’t know if it will be a fight again. Let me take a deep breath and reflect on it. I want to help my friends."
