Yordenis Ugas is willing to rematch Manny Pacquiao at '200 percent'
Ugas, 35, was scheduled to appear on the undercard. He only filled in for PacMan, 42 after Errol Spence Jr., 31, had pulled out due to an eye injury.
The WBA champion kept his belt. It was previously held by Pacquiao, who was then forced to retire due to inactivity during the coronavirus pandemic.
Ugas, however, is open to giving his famous opponent another chance at winning the title and vengeance.
He stated, "He can have another match.
"Two hundred percent, Manny's great legend, a great fight. He'd like a rematch. It is a great legend that deserves it.
He refused to say whether Pacquiao's 72nd fight would be his last.
Then, one of the most loved and celebrated fighters in the sport told his fans that it was the end of his career in the ring.
Pacquiao, 42 years old, stated that "in the future, Manny Pacquiao may not fight again in the Ring." I don't know.
"But for how many generations, I'm so content with what I have done in boxing.
"I also contribute a record to boxing and make boxing the best. I bring honor to the country and the Filipino people.
"I am proud to be Filipino and grateful to all my fans around the globe."
