Roach answered a question about Taylor's undisputed title as super-lightweight champion and said, "That fight could happen, for certain."
Roach said, "We're just fighting one fight at a moment."
Manny is a special guy. Manny isn't going to choose any guy with a high ranking simply because he loves the world.
"Manny wants real fighters." He will fight the best."
Pacquiao lost his first fight against Floyd Mayweather, 2015's richest PPV contest after generating a total PS678million.
On Saturday, Pac Man will return to the ring in Las Vegas for his first fight since beating Keith Thurman on July 2019.
