Former Haye Opponent Seeks Redemption
Heavyweight boxer Mark De Mori, who was previously knocked out by David Haye, is now determined to make a statement on Anthony Joshua's undercard. Despite being defeated by Haye in just one round back in 2016, De Mori has since won 11 consecutive fights.
De Mori to Face Unbeaten Hrgovic
De Mori will be taking on unbeaten Croatian boxer Filip Hrgovic. Aware of Hrgovic's talent and power, De Mori has vowed to go on the offensive and attack his opponent's body, aiming to rupture his spleen.
A Shot at World Title Reign?
If De Mori manages to pull off an upset victory against Hrgovic, he could find himself in line for an unexpected world title reign. Hrgovic is currently the mandatory challenger for the IBF belt held by Oleksandr Usyk, but if Usyk and Tyson Fury have a rematch, Hrgovic may either inherit the title or challenge for it.
It will be interesting to see if De Mori can deliver on his promise to rupture spleens and make a name for himself on the big stage.
