He now appears bigger than ever in preparation for his showdown against the Iranian Hulk.
Ford is making his first foray in the boxing ring, but he warns fans that his fight at O2 April is just the beginning.
His Instagram video caption read: "I have been working on a strategy to get April ....." This, I truly believe, will work.
"Genuinely cannot wait to let these hands go and show the world all that I have been doing. When I say April is just the beginning, it's true. This fight game is my obsession. It's been my escape, it's brought in me and it's made me feel so happy.
"As you can see I don't take this lightly. I'm here ready to show everyone what I have been doing. I'm proud to stand there with my head high, knowing that I have done everything I can to make it possible.
