Amir Khan's Life Affected by the Robbery

In a victim impact statement, Khan expressed the fear and anxiety that the robbery has caused in his life. He admitted to feeling fearful and wary, even of fans and friendly individuals who approach him. He also shared that he avoids coming back to London, which he finds sad because it is where he grew up and spent his life. Faryal also expressed her ongoing distress, saying, "I keep thinking that we could have been shot."

Shocking Footage Captures the Robbery

A shocking video captured the moment Khan was robbed on the busy high street. The footage shows Khan initially appearing calm as he leaves the restaurant with his wife. As he crosses the road to get in a car, two men emerge from a silver Mercedes coupe. One of them, wearing a hood, runs towards Khan and points a gun at him. Khan hands over his watch, and the robbers quickly flee in their car.
