In April 2023, Curry beat Olivia Gerula by unanimous decision, marking her fifth back-to-back win. As a result, she is now ranked just outside the top five middleweight contenders by the major sanctioning bodies.

Before this victory, Olivia also triumphed over Samantha Pill in 2022, as well as Kaitlin LaVigne and LeAnn O'Malley.

Curry's debut in the boxing world took place in May 2021, where she emerged victorious against Gloria Solis Ruiz.
