BOXING legend Mike Tyson believes that Britain should legalize cannabis to ease the growing crisis of prescription pills.
Tyson, a pot entrepreneur, owns a large weed farm in California. He believes that fully relaxed regulations will help to ease the UK's spiralling mental illness problem.
Former boxing champ and world champion, who used to smoke PS33,000 worth of cannabis each month, called it "wonder drug".
He said to HOAR: "Well, I will tell you, once it's legalized in the UK you wouldn't need to worry about all those prescription drugs driving everyone crazy and committing suicide. This will end immediately.
"Definitely, half of it will be knocked off once the people in Great Britain have a chance to take part in what we're doing right now; wonder medicine."
Iron Mike spoke at the unveiling a statue of him outside of the Mulberry Pizzeria in Las Vegas.
Resorts World President Scott Sibella Richie Palmer erected the statue in tribute to his friend.
After a 35-year friendship with Palmer, Tyson stated that the statue was "astonishing surprise" after he ate pizzas at the chain's Big Apple branch.
Iron Mike boasted once that he smoked PS33,000 worth of marijuana every month at his ranch.
He said, "I had no idea... I'm very humbled right here." "I am truly grateful."
However, the star didn't eat his favorite Buffalo and Sicilian pizzas as he was training for a fight in February.
Tyson, 55, revealed that he didn't know this year marked the 35th anniversary of his becoming the youngest heavyweight champion at age 20.
He stated that he didn't recall the fight and that most of his boxing career was a blur. So I live my life now.
Tyson isn't forgetting how Las Vegas treated his during his record-breaking career. He said: "Listen, my name was made here in Vegas, and listen, it is going to be here forever."
Roy Jones Jr and The Baddest Man on Earth shared the ring last year. He is expected to return in February.
He also added fuel to speculations that Logan Paul or Jake from YouTube could be his next opponent. "I am going for a return fight February and we're pretty skeptical about the opponent, but it will be a really stimulating competitor."
Tyson owns a 40-acre marijuana farm and sells cannabis products through his Tyson Holistic label. Cannabis is now legal in Nevada, California and other states.

According to some estimates, the fighter makes a staggering PS500,000 per month through his business, which sells premium marijuana strains, edibles, and extracts. And that's just the tip.
He is also building a resort on 418 acres that focuses on marijuana. This resort will host a music festival rivaling Coachella and the longest lazy river in the world.
A Tyson University will also be located on the site, which will offer tips and tricks for cannabis cultivation to wannabe farmers.
